What is Maestro?

Maestro is a desktop music system for those who love music as much as we do — hi‑res streaming, your local NAS library, multi‑zone playback to network renderers and USB DACs, and Ella, your personal music assistant who curates radio and playlists around your taste.

Everything in Maestro serves one conviction: your music holds more than most software lets you hear. Nothing touches the signal — bit-perfect, always — so what's been there all along finally arrives, present and whole in your room. If you listen the way we do, there isn't a second choice.

Check your version

In the Maestro app, open Settings (gear icon in the sidebar), scroll to the bottom, and look for Maestro v… with your build date. That is your installed Connector version.

Upgrade to the latest

  1. Automatic (recommended): In Settings, keep Automatic Updates on. Maestro checks for updates in the background and installs them when available.
  2. Manual check: In Settings, tap Check for Updates. If a newer version exists, follow the prompt to download and install.
  3. From this page: Download the build marked Latest below for your Mac chip type (M1/M2/M3/M4 = Apple Silicon; Intel otherwise) or Windows, then run the installer.
